Here is what we cover with our extended warranty:
- Material and labour warranty for one year that covers latent and structural defects in materials and workmanship.
- 2 Years warranty on any mechanical system incorporated by us in your home.
- 5 Years of foundation water penetration warranty
- 10 Years structural defects warranty

The material & labor warranty covers any latent and structural defects in materials and/or workmanship, appliances, structural defects, foundation water penetration, etc.
The standard manufacturer warranty on items not incorporated by us (eg. washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, etc.).
With our Extended Warranty, you are fully covered with no deductible required! Simply call our office during business hours and we will arrange for a technician to visit your home at no cost to fix the issue immediately. If you are unable to reach our office, please contact your local service provider who will diagnose and repair your appliance as needed.
